Before Simply Settled, Annacy spent years in the classroom and a decade in Seattle real estate. She knows the difference between a school on paper and the one that actually fits your kid. She knows which neighborhoods feel like home to a family arriving mid-season.
That combination is the heart of this work. Teaching taught her to read a family quickly and advocate for it fiercely — skills she now brings to school placements, enrollment conversations, and the hundred small negotiations of getting a household settled. As a Managing Broker, she adds the market knowledge and the relationships that make the housing piece feel effortless rather than all-consuming.
She is also a mother. She has lived the chaos of a household in motion — the boxes, the paperwork, the first morning at a new school — and built Simply Settled to be the calm voice on the other end of the phone.
Today she works with a deliberately small number of families at a time, so every client gets her full attention and complete discretion. Settling in shouldn't be something you survive. It should be something that simply happens.
